Recovered from anorexia in her twenties, our special guest is Carolyn Costin, a world renowned, highly sought-after eating disorder clinician, author, and international speaker. She opened the Carolyn Costin Institute in 2016 where she offers certification for Eating Disorder Coaches, as well as other training programs.
