Thank you for listening to this ahead and go over to Luke 8 and I'm going to make my way.

Hopefully I'm going to make my way over to Isaiah. I may even start there.

But I'm going to share with you just some things. And I'm very kind of sort of,

I just came off of a prayer retreat

celebrating 11 year anniversary

for those of you that don't know.

March 3rd, 4th, and 5th in 2009

was the most significant spiritual time of my life, much more significant than

my conversion. I was saved when I was 12 and I thank God that I was saved when I'm 12 and I believe what that provided for me through faith in Jesus was the ability that if I died I would go to heaven.

But in 2009 I was born again. And unless a man is born of water and of the spirit he cannot see the kingdom of God and something transformative happened and so I usually take that season every year, almost every year, during that 11 years to go away and pray.

This year I felt to take Tammy with me as she is actually the hero of the transformative story.

that I experienced and we had a wonderful time but I have a conviction in going

away with the Lord that I try to take whatever the Lord showed me for the most part unless I feel a particular license I don't want to be legalistic about that but I particularly try to wait 40 days about a six week period of time

before I share what God shared with me on that journey.

For two reasons.

One is because I want to give that time to mature.

Secondly, I want to so honor what the Lord gave me in private that I

don't immediately take it and use it for public exposure, so or not an

exposure but public breakthrough. but but there's pieces sometimes along

the way where the Lord will say you need to share that now because it's a crucial

part of where you're going and I feel like this morning is going to be used in a lot of ways to help set us up for what the Lord's going to do Friday night, Saturday night, and again on Sunday. And I don't know what this schedule will look like going forward.
