We've been able to partake at the View Bar already.

It's perfect, especially for me and Joe, since we're usually up in the press row and we're used to watching hockey from the same, which is a good thing. I actually see the game a hell of a lot better from this perspective. Perfect. I couldn't ask for a better situation. It's been a very popular spot. We've been open up here for about a month, whether it's basketball or hockey. The fans have loved it so far.

There's a bit of a rush to get up here with the dorset.

Knowing your business Acumen, there will be a title sponsor for this soon.

But just for our S's and G's, maybe during this playoff run it can be the OG Media view bar. We'll look into it. You may just have to be up here the whole time just talking to people. Intertaining. We can make it work. I mean, it's just something that we could do. We can put a sticker, a magnet. I got a sticker. I can put a sticker right here. It'll be fun. We'll talk about it, Joe. If you randomly see our branding somewhere on this nice white surface, I think you'll know who the culprits are there. But the process of just getting this open, I mean, first of all, it turned out really, really nice. Like, that's a real thing. But you've had so many dates, so many things going on.

It wasn't easy to get to this point.

It was not easy.

It's a complicated project to do a renovation, which will continue while the building

remains open.

But we are very close to the end of what we've described as phase one, which is mostly

the 300 level and the ice level or the arena level.

And it's a good mix of kind of what the rest of the project will look like as far as

types of projects. So first phase was we're doing the 300 level up here. So that hits sort of

the lowest price point fan, the entry level fan. So the view bar right
