Got Greg Barnes and Ross Martin coming off fresh of press conference day in Chapel Hill,

Mac Brown, Phil Longo, Jay Bateman, all met with the media earlier today.

Ross, you were there front and center.

I sort of felt like listening to it.

The theme was, yeah, great to beat South Carolina,

great to get that first win, but plenty to work on ahead of the hurricane game. Yeah, I mean,

what was really cool, and Max said this on Saturday and reiterated it today at the press conference

was the fact that when you win like this, you can really coach them up and really get after them.

So there was, like we all saw, plenty of errors, pretty little mistakes, a lot of things to

kind of polish up, and they'll be able to get after them. They're going to forget about this

game. Yeah, I think last night or today, you know, today the players have the day off,

and then Tuesday they don't get after it. So a lot of critiques, I think, on defense need be made and certainly things on offense

can be perfected to get ready for a big game and looking at Miami.

There's a lot of things to point out and get into that later in the week, but it's a very

tough challenge, prime time for the tar heels.

But there are a lot of positive things, too. I mean, I think while there are a lot of mistakes and things to talk about there,

the defensive coordinator and offensive coordinator really highlighted some key players

that were stepped up and made big plays and big moments for UNC and some guys we

haven't heard of that really stepped in and made some plays.
