0:30.9	decisions we've seen from the new makeup of the North Carolina Supreme Court which now
0:35.5	has as best as you can say this in partisan terms with a court is a 5 to 2 conservative majority.
0:42.2	Had been 4 to 3 and that 4 to 3 left leaning court had made some decisions which seemed
0:47.9	pretty partisan in nature.
0:49.2	So I see these as more writing the record here than as opposed to being partisan in the

0:55.8	Other people's opinions may vary but two critically important decisions here.

1:06.2	The left leaning court had of course argued that it disproportionately disadvantaged African

1:12.4	We know from survey after survey that African Americans overwhelmingly want voter ID so
1:17.9	it's just a left leaning talking point that doesn't have any basis in reality.
