Hey, brother. Welcome to the American Glutton podcast.

Oh, man. Thanks for having me.

Absolutely. Just so that everybody knows because the Tom Kair episode was such was,

I mean, truly one of my favorite episodes that we've ever done and got such a positive response

because it had things in it that people could put into their lives immediately.

So I just want to just take a second and I want, I want to get your whole story,

but you are, I know you through Tom. You're one of Tom's guys.

So I just love to hear about your relationship with him and and things that you've picked up

that you've used from him and then I want to go back and start with the beginning of your story

that I know because I find it to be utterly fascinating.

All right. So I met Tom through a friend of mine and I was an undercover cop,

ended up going through a course that Tom was putting on and it was a like a,

a, it was a course for low profile undercover type guys.
