We started, what, three months ago? Yeah, it was a little over three months ago. The

Hardiman Carnivore Challenge. The Meats traviganza. Yep, lots of meat.

So I guess just for people who maybe didn't hear that

or just to refresh to jog even in my memory.

What did we set out to do?

Yeah, so we, I had discussed how I was convicted and convinced on my archery elkunt.

I was like crawling through deadfall and just miserable because I'm like fat feel heavy on my feet

my knees took a pounding first time in my life my knees have really hurt like man I need some

discipline and you know there's been a lot of chatter

about the carnivore diet.

And so I'm like, well, it's the opposite of veganism.
