Last month, Victoria took a cruise on Carnival Mardi Gras, and she's here to talk about it today.

How you doing good, thank you?

Before the interview, we were chatting, and this is your first time sailing Carnival in over a decade.

So excited to hear how you're seeing the cruise line evolve over a decade, I guess we'll say.

Now, you're in the L.A. area. You came over here to Florida to cruise. What made you want to fly across the country for Mardi Gras?

Well, although I'm in the L.A. area, my family is still based on the East Coast. And we've been cruising over Christmas since 2009. And it was a couple of years ago when we

added like the partners to the mix where we started alternating Christmas and New Year. So

every year I make a spreadsheet with cruises over the holidays and kind of comparing different

cruise lines and itineries and ships.

And I rate them based on cool itinerary, cool ship.

So we've been doing cruises for a lot.

So there's not a lot of places we haven't been.

And when we have them all compared, we'll kind of do some analysis about what's the best

price for the value.

Where's a neat ship we want to try out.

And this year it was the Mardi Gras.
