1:03.8	too. And I was like, what the heck? And then I kept doing the math. And that equals over three months a year. Three months a year I'm spending looking at my screen. Then I kept doing the math. And this was the math that made me do it.
1:16.6	I said, if I live to be 85 years old, how many days will I lose looking at this phone? And the math was over 11 years of my life. Wow. I was looking at it. And here, I'm 50. So like, if you're listening
1:22.9	to this and you're 30, double it. You could lose 20 years of your... That's not living. There was something deep
1:29.3	within me that was like, I have to help myself and then I have to help people. So he took
1:33.7	seven weeks off without looking at a screen, no iPhone, no iPad, no TV. He went cold turkey
1:40.5	and then ratcheted up and lived with monks and Amish sheep farmers.
1:45.0	So I was curious, like, what does that even look like? I wouldn't even know what that was.
1:49.0	When I was at the monastery, the first few days, 23 hours a day silence.
1:53.0	So I'm like, I was having panic attacks, heart palpitations, night sweats, and I was coming off of the drug.
