I said, if I live to be 85 years old, how many days will I lose looking at this phone? And the math was over 11 years of my life. Wow. I was looking at it. And here, I'm 50. So like, if you're listening

within me that was like, I have to help myself and then I have to help people. So he took

So I was curious, like, what does that even look like? I wouldn't even know what that was.

When I was at the monastery, the first few days, 23 hours a day silence.

So I'm like, I was having panic attacks, heart palpitations, night sweats, and I was coming off of the drug.
