I've been saying this for a long time.

I said, look, Connecticut is in play, especially Congressional 2 and Congressional 4. There's only five districts here in Connecticut. This is my home state. So it's... especially congressional two and congressional four.

The RGA has put an enormous amount of money into this because they understand that, look, Dan Malloy,

21% approval rating one of the lowest ever.
