So, my co-founder, Austin Rief and I have spent the last six years building Morning Brew.

That includes raising money, hiring a ton of people, making a ton of mistakes,

and ultimately selling a majority stake in the business in a figure deal.

And I have learned so many lessons along the way, which I've shared many of them on this podcast.

Today, I want to do something different. I sent out this kind of open-ended ask on Twitter

questions that I would answer on my podcast. And I'm taking that a step further.

while also working to develop your own personal brand. Tell me more about it.

Of course, yes. So, just some background. I have a podcast called in their 20s. I developed this

right after graduating college and also at the same time as my first post-grad position

with a large company. And there were just, you know, at times it was an issue, you know,

trying to find ways to focus on the day-to-day, not have my side thing become a distraction.
