So I guess this is the culmination, perhaps, or maybe the latest installment in my now three-part series of

triumphs and fails that all began with me, my mother being here and getting her out of here

safely. And so Naima went out of town with her dad for six days.

They went to Arizona. Her other grandparents were there. It was really nice, I'd imagine.

And she came back yesterday. And so I had six days to myself. Now, granted, we're a 50-50 custody
