Welcome back into the CC podcast, everybody. It's the evening of Sunday, February 22nd. Mike Rutherford's here in Louisville, Kentucky. Dublin, Dan Sennard is up there in the Columbus, Ohio area. We've got a big moment coming up for the U of L men's basketball team. We've got a senior day game to react to. We've got some ups,

some downs. We've got some, I think, insight on where Louisville currently stands in NCAA

status. We'll talk about all of it over the course of the next 45 minutes, hour or so. We'll see

how long we go. Before we do any of it, though, we say how to our guy, Dan Sennard. Dan, how we feel?

How's a Sinard fan?

Sanard fam is, uh, we're good. So it's been a busy couple weeks. I was very happy that I could

hop on here Sunday night and busts out of pod. So, um, yeah, we, uh, we're, we're, we're officially out of basketball season and a day.

And then, yeah, we're heading into soccer and baseball. So it never stops. But, yeah, I mean,

we're obviously coming up on March here, greatest time of the year. But I do.

I think we got to start with the hockey game today.

We had a little blue jackets on avalanche crime there for the golden goal.

So we're obviously flying pretty high here in Columbus with the Zach Rowinsky golden golden assist but yeah I uh it's the greatest thing that's it's the greatest thing that's happened to the Columbus blue

jackets is a guy got an assist for a gold medal game winner I mean that's going to be

replayed for years that's a that's a pretty big big assist. They'll probably put a banner up. Yeah, we will put a banner up. I actually did because, like, I think we talked about some of the pod, like Bill Simmons named the Blue Jack. It's like the most irrelevant franchise in all of sports. And I was like, God, I was like, I don't have enough courage to, like, tweet

out and be like, what about now? Because then I'm like, he didn't even do it in a Blue Jackets

sweater. So we don't really have an argument, but I don't think anything changed.

Yeah, no, nothing at all changed. I was just very excited about the direction of a Blue Jackets franchise is still very much unaltered by the Golden Assist.

But congrats that.

No, but the game was awesome.

I actually went to the bar at 8 in the morning to watch it.

Probably says more about me than anybody.
