Should I eat should I not eat all these other things now this isn't the be all end all of cardio videos this is just worked for me and it works for other bodybuilders that I know it works for hundreds of clients that I've trained so what I'm going to do is get into my ideas about

cardio and what I think works for cardio what helps me achieve that ultra shredded

look now if you're trying to get that shredded look you got to know one thing

first before we get

into this. Cardio itself is not going to do that. Hours and hours and hours of

cardio is not going to get you shredded. It's going to be your diet primarily.

Cardio is simply an amplifier to your fat loss.

Okay, so when we're doing cardio,

you gotta think to yourself,

if you do an hour on the stairs or 45 minutes on a step mill

or 45 minutes on a treadmill,

you're gonna burn, you know, 300 calories, 400 calories,

it's really just a fraction of what we're doing every day.

Now, if your calories are set at maintenance and you're going to burn 3 or 400 calories of

cardio, then you're taking away burn three or four hundred calories from your overall maintenance

and now you're in a deficit.

So it will work and it will help you get shredded but you've got to make sure the diet is on point.
