It's a fluid moving story but the headline is that Cardiff Rugby will declare their intention to go into administration with the Welsh Rugby Union in line for a takeover of the regional side.

Lauren, it's a weekly thing now that we think things couldn't get any worse and lo and behold we get punched in the face.

Especially as this was the week we were expecting the Welsh Rugby Union to announce a director of rugby.

I think they probably still will.

But from their perspective, it was meant to be a positive week, a positive news story.

The focus was meant to be on the direction, the union and the game is going in Wales. It's a sad day for me,
