Bonjour. Happy Labor Day, everybody. It is about to be full. We are literally like three quarters through the year. I cannot even believe it. And as usual, you're finding us breaking

down the newest pop culture, TikTok drama, Are We Ever, Beauty Wrecks, and expanding on the topics

of covering over on getting better. Our show that drops every Wednesday here on the podcast

feed and on YouTube and it's full video glory. Chris, can I just say that sometimes I feel like

the Monday edit is like our alter ego to getting better.

It's almost like, this is our Sasha Fierce and getting better is like, I am.

I am dot, dot, dot. Thank you. It was I. Yeah. Getting better is I am. Dot, dot, dot. And

the Monday edit is our Sasha fears. It's so true. It's so true. Which makes

so much sense because like we had Dr. Stacey Wentworth, which is like, I am healing. We are

courageous. We are making space for learning about difficult topics such as cancer. What,

what kind of my takeaway was from that and I've been thinking about it since is I saw in one

of the comments on our post about it that someone was like, well I've been thinking about it since, is I saw in one of the comments

on our post about it, that someone was like, well, because we posted on Instagram, like,

that we asked Dr. Wentworth if it's true that breast cancer is happening in younger people.

And she was like, well, we have better early detection techniques. So that's why we're seeing

more early detection. But I saw this one, like, lady who got roundly and summarily dismissed from, you know,

the comment section tribe of my Instagram was like, yeah, duh, because mammograms cause

cancer.

And these ladies fucking let her have it.

They were like, take your misinformation and, you know, take it hiking.

But it made me think about that episode that we did. And I think I said this a few times. But like trust, like the lack of trust that the, that just people have with systems that, you know, I wish that we had trust in whether, and I'm not saying that that trust isn't valid or the lack of trust isn't valid because I think that people do have reasons to
