I am upset about that fact but will being upset about that fact increase my quality of life in any way

or make my life any better? Absolutely not.

We'll living my life as though I'm not sick,

Probably.

Probably will make however many years I have,

hopefully very many.

It'll make however many years I have, either more enjoyable for myself,

for my wife, my family, my friends.
