Better than I was last week, Matt. Sorry everybody for missing a show last week, but I was, I was

literally in hospital, but I am 80% recovered, maybe 70%, but I'm here.

I'm glad you're back.

Yeah, it's been a little bit of a whirlwind.

You had the trip back home and to your home and your wife's home and then got sick in the process and that was Europe yeah and then got sick back here so I don't know I don't know I know being sick in my life I've always been like one those

kind of excitable bunnies and then suddenly whacks so um but I'm okay I'm okay are you

good enough to go to Car Week?

Yeah, I just went to see the doctor for one of those,

you know, post-hospital checks and she's like, okay,

well I need you to do your immune system shot at the moment

because you've just been sick and you need to stay away from people, stay away from alcohol,

stay away from sugar. And that's like, okay. So I've got two kids both of which are sick and

next week I'm going to Car Week which is this huge spectacular where basically people throw alcohol out you for four days and sugar and there's like a million people from all over the world.

Yeah.

And she's like, okay, take some vitamin D.
