0:00.0	Even going back to high school I was diagnosed with lupus when I was 15 and that for me was a real
0:07.6	moment and vulnerability I'd say and a moment in
0:11.4	sort of facing life and death in a way or dealing with things that you wouldn't
0:16.1	normally deal with as a 15 year old and being in and out of hospitals and that
0:21.1	opened up a different type of connection for me,
0:23.4	which was much more of a heart to heart connection.
0:25.8	And I started to realize that it was okay to be vulnerable.
0:29.2	It was okay to be scared.
0:30.2	It was okay to be imperfect.
0:32.1	It was okay to not get straight A's and you know that wasn't the end game in life you
0:37.1	know there was a lot more so I had an experience I guess early on around that
0:41.3	which I think sort of started to foster this, you know, desire to
0:47.3	meet people imperfectly. And you know, it's something I practice in my daily
0:52.1	life now of even, you know, someone's like, hey, how are you?
0:56.4	My reaction, I think it's sort of the snap that we all have is that, I'm great, how are you?
1:01.2	But actually, you know, when it feels safe and it feels right as being
1:03.7	like hey you know what I'm really struggling with this but this is great and
1:07.6	something opens up there's sort of that that spark in connection versus just
1:11.8	staying on the surface, which is so beautiful and sort of is kind of what fuels me.
