a week but it's a lot. Oh wow I didn't even know you paid attention. Oh my gosh I feel I feel special now.

We're talking about you because you do the Iron Man right? I did I did Iron Man the

World Championships in Kona in October but now I have transitioned I did 13

iron man's I'm like I got lost on my bike way too many times so I've kind of put

that aside and now I'm just running I'm training for a hundred mile race what you're insane

We kind of have something in common because I saw iron man

How long does a hundred mile race take? I have no idea I'll let you know when I'm done.

Yeah, I'm going to run them consecutively?
