And you were on a few weeks ago now.

I don't remember exactly when, but we kind of talked around some stuff.

And we were going to do this last week or the week before.

And I fell sick. Yes. I was very ill. And this might be a topic for another show, but I was feeling a little bit sick, and I went out and did a Estes ghost box session.

And then I got really, really sick.

And I know Chad, when he does them, when he's got the blindfold and the headphones on, he always says how bad he feels afterwards.

And I've never really, sometimes I'll feel a little

tired but not really bad oh but he'll complain like the next day even but uh I was sick as a dog

that that whole week afterwards and I don't know if that had something to do with it or not I've

never heard of that I the only thing I can I can say is I, so every time he does it, he says he feels wasted

even the next day, he'll say, I just don't feel right.

I've never done one.

I find them incredibly, I won't say fun, but really interesting.
