submarines okay the submarine book fell apart within three months because constant

reading yeah and a few years later my dad being a teacher brought a summer

school class down here on a field trip and I tagged along who doesn't want to

see when you're eight years old who doesn't want to see a submarine you're eight years old, it doesn't want to see a submarine.

Right.

And I fell in love with the cod then.

And 10 years later, I came back, drove my dad down.

I'm a senior junior in college.

And this was the first year that was in civilian hands.

And I said, do you guys need a tour guide and they said yes of

the infrastructure not that there's tremendous infrastructure our our

infrastructure was a card table and two lawn chairs wow with a cigar box

but I said you guys need a tour guide and they said yeah and 48. And 48 years later, I'm having the great out and be standing here talking to you.

And where are you, Seth?

I grew up in, Seth is in Mississippi.

I grew up an hour away from here down in Youngstown.

And I was introduced to submarine force with an article about the Italian Navy naming a submarine

Enrico Totti. That was the first thing. And then I read, Run Silent, Run D.

And it got my honor to meet Ed Beach many, many, many years later.

And I didn't know the college was here. I might have come up here to have a look at it because it was here when I was a child.
