Summary

A Boeing 767 crashes while circling a runway. Air China Flight 129 is approaching Busan, South Korea when they are told to land in the opposite direction than they planned for. While the crew is circling, they fly in to clouds and comment that the wind is making the plane hard to fly. 0:16.0	Pusan, South Korea after a flight from Beijing, China.
0:19.4	The weather is less than ideal and is changing as the crew is preparing to land on runway
0:23.4	36 left.
0:24.9	Shortly before landing the crew's informed that due to a shift in the winds, they will
0:28.2	need to do a circling approach and land in the opposite direction on the same runway
0:32.1	1-8-Rite.
0:33.6	The first officer is flying the plane and has the runway in sight as they are flying
