and today we will be spoiling Captain Marvel, the latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe,

starring Brie Larson as the first, well, not the first female Marvel superhero, but the first

to have a movie centered around her. Here to talk with me about the movie are Slate's tech

Did you like Captain Marvel or not? Marissa?

I think I was a little disappointed for the first standalone female superhero movie, but I wonder

if maybe my expectations were too high.
