We're just trying to represent people who've been injured through no fault of their own.

We're trying to talk to them before they talk to an adjuster or before they take a settlement that isn't something they should get based upon their injuries.

How many people are out there in different, not in the law business, that love to run around scaring people before you even get to them?

Well, adjusters want to settle cases and they want to close files.

So based upon that, they do what they have to. I think there's a lot of circumstances where they

probably act as attorneys where they're not attorneys and they try to explain people's rights

or they give them a certain view that if they look at it. And what I always say is this. If the

adjuster really truly thinks the offer they make sense, they'd have them come see us, you know.

And that's exactly my question is you have to understand who has your best interest in mind,

correct? Well, you want to know what your rights are. You know, whether or not you decide you're

going to hire us or not, that's a choice. It's a free consultation, and you want to understand what all your rights are and what

coverages you have.

And plus the fact, I hang out with you.
