Well, good times have never seemed so good is the tune here at Wembley and England have qualified for the Euros.

It's an eight successive major tournament continuation of their best ever run and a statement win Kelly as well.

Their first back-to-back wins against Italy in 74 years. They came from behind. They had control. They possessed a clinical edge

and they also possessed a superstar in Jude Bellingham who was so influential. Schumacher gave Italy the lead.

However, England, though, levelled through a penalty. Bellingham was fouled by Dillerenzo, Harry Kane, emphatically equalising just past the half-hour.

And then great work by Phil Foden who had another terrific game edge of the area. Found Bellingham lifted the ball over Scalvini, took him out of the game and then Rashford buried the ball, England leading by two goals to one.

And then another terrific goal from Harry Kane to seal the win. 13 minutes from time and Harry Kane scoring now more goals than any other England player here at Wembley.

So a terrific night for Gareth Southgate to achieve their objective of qualifying for the Finals in Germany next summer.

But overall, this performance, Britain, was one where they could test themselves against serious opposition and, yes, for various reasons.

This is not an Italy team at full strength. It is an Italy team in transition. But how did England acquit themselves against them?

I thought they were very patient. And they had to be because they didn't quite know what they were facing in that first half.

They started the game in a controlled manner, got hit with a bit of sucker punch and a really nice sharp piece of counterattack in play from Italy, which stunned England a little bit and the crowd.
