Barclays, here for the land of football. Well, Welcome one and all to another day here at the day which one. I'm John Arola very lucky to be joined by Ida Rodriguez. Ida how's it going?

It's going well, John.

Thank you for having me, you know, I've been a little bit on a hiatus.

So, you know, for me to get on this, you mean the world to me because I am staying away from everybody. Thank you. Well we have

tried to put together a rundown of stories. I mean look some of it were obligated to talk about some important stuff. We also

try to choose a few things I think would be up your alley and I hope you enjoy it.

Just a little quick behind the scenes thing. So we have recently on the show switched over to

using Zoom as opposed to Skype and our team has been like

desperately trying to fix this issue where we can't hear the like intro song which is what

pumps me up or whatever and I feel like every time they try to fix it we get less of the

audio so that time I didn't hear a single beat and I know that they're working so hard to fix it

but anyway technology is a hell of a thing. We were talking

before the show about social media and all that and it just, I don't know, I feel like it's getting to be where you got to just go live in the woods.

Like technology's not helping anybody.

Nobody can figure it out and the worst people are in control of it.

So that's the world we live in.

But anyway, very glad to have you here as we launch into all this news. In just the next 15, 20 minutes or so, we're to take stock of the GOP primary. Some of the insane cell phones going on there.
