you know, he obviously is not in the spot he wanted to be physically so and and he hadn't mentioned like as he was

moving along a plane like I thought you know he was solid for us and I didn't have any real you know like

inclinations or like oh this might go down this road so that's why where it was

pretty surprising that he just felt and had kind of internalized it that you know I wasn't in the in the spot

physically that I wanted to be in and couldn't perform at the level that I wanted to and so then was it a

pain thing to coach like a pain threshold thing no I don't think it was pain like I

think what it was is like when you're,
