The House voted on Wednesday to create an independent bipartisan commission to investigate

the January 6th attack on the US Capitol.

And since one Republican congressman recently compared the attack to a, quote, normal tourist

visit and another referred to the rioters as, quote, peaceful patriots, here's a quick
