Glad to be here. You're in New York where we're used to having snow. It used to be snowier,

but still not a big shock. It is quite a shock when it snows in Texas. But what's even more shocking,

Professor Wolf, is that because of a winter storm, yes, an unusually severe one,

but not something that's a once in a century or once in a millennium type event,

hundreds of thousands of people lost power. People actually

froze the death in their homes, old people, young people, even children. We want to talk with you
