Docking Bravo. I am back from a weekend in Pennsylvania. I've got two fun facts for you. Number one,

Pennsylvania is where I spent every single family vacation as a kid because my dad's family is from Pennsylvania

and there's no such thing as a vacation really the way I grew up. It was like you take time off

to do what to go visit family and sit in a stuffy living room. So I was happy to go back to the

state where I spent so much time as a kid

and just try to meet people and knock on doors and remind them to vote. It was wonderful.

I met so many great people and it just gave me such a positive channel for my pre-election anxiety.

And also thank you to those of you sticking with me, sending me nice little notes of

support, because I think you can tell that I'm kind of in a snapped era. I'm in a spiral right now.

And if you can't handle me in my spiral, you don't get me foot loose and fancy free, so just hold on.

The youth on TikTok are calling it crash out. I absolutely love that. They're like, I'm crashing out. I'm

crashing out. I'm devastatingly aware of the stakes of this election. I'm going to coin the term

devastatingly aware. So crash out is like the new term for spiraling or just losing your mind,

Mentee B. And there's one account. It's called Crash Out Kermit,

and someone just takes a little stuffed Kermit frog, and he looks in distress and he crashes out

about different things. I really enjoy it. And listen, I am telling you, if this election is important

to you and you're always thinking to yourself, I wish I could make friends. I wish I could find people

that are just cool and off. Go canvassing. Go phone banking. A lot of the stuff you can do

from your own living room if you don't want to leave your house, which is always my preference.

But for me to go out and do stuff, I swear to you, I meet the best people doing like political canvassing or phone banking.
