1:18.1	I went to bed at 930 exactly on the dot on Sunday because I had a wild Saturday night

1:28.6	Sunday and when I got up at 6 a.m. on Monday I felt felt so amazing. I was like, why don't I do this more often?
1:35.3	Because it's just not fun. It's just not as fun. I'll tell you it's it's not fun but you get used to it.
