My mind is lost 2023. My name is Joe Brian and I'm true I can't wait for Saint Patrick's Day in a couple weeks.

I'm a great slavarian. March is my least favorite month of the year. What is actually your least favorite month of the year?

Probably January, just because I'm still on those. Christmas, which is right.

That is the worst month of the year I forgot.

I love winter. I love winter. I love the snow. I love the cold but I'm still the lingering sadness from no more Christmas lasts.

Until at least February. Well, it is indeed April. Baseball is underway. It's a great time of year and great to be hanging out with you. What is going on everybody we are excited to bring you some new some updates today a new employee higher.

A studio update a live tour update. We'll talk a little bit about labs some new content of course we are stupid. Lots to get into today.

First I want to start it off by welcoming our newest employee to the Glass Cannon Network not joining us on the FOD but just out there wanted to let the nation know if you're familiar with Francis Murema from getting the truck.

Troy's buddy from the old days in New York. Former resident of the island of Hawaii. We have roped him into coming back to New York City and being a full time employee of the Glass Cannon Network and as of two days ago.

He's on the books and it officially an employee of the Glass Cannon Network. So a huge welcome to Francis Murema. He is taking on the role of a studio manager and editor production producer and editor for the Glass Cannon podcast.

So very excited to have him on Troy your thoughts of hiring and old friends of friend of yours from the old days in New York.

Yeah it's very very exciting. I mean this is kind of the dream right you start a company and hire all your friends.

Exactly.

But like we're very lucky and that like we have friends that are incredibly talented and incredibly skilled for these positions and when you're a small company like this trust is so so important.

So we've been very lucky to have your childhood friend McDermott quit his job and worked us and then Francis to relocate he hasn't lived in New York for 17 years.

I think he left he left right before I went to LA for a very short stint back in 07 and so yeah it was that's about 17 16 years.

It's been since he's been all over the right. I mean Francis has been all over he lived in like Bogota for a little bit.

I mean he's a maniac like I just I can't wait to get him on more content.

You know I'm so excited to have him on not not just on Delta Green but guessing on other stuff and of course I think that he could make an appearance at some point on the fought.
