What is going on, Nesh? Welcome back to Cannon Futter. It is Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

And I'm your good buddy, Joe O'Brien. And I am Troy. I was just writing something and what show is this again? Laval.

Laval. And what show is all with dashes, all with dashes in between. I was finishing an email and I don't remember what day it is. As we were trying to get silence before this show began, we tried to get some room tones that we can, you know, do good manipulation of the audience that it sounds good when we put it out. All I heard is a thousand children screaming in the background.

Can you get your shit together? It's been a week, isn't it over? Are you fine now? There's a lot of kids here. Yeah, it's, you know, I feel like I'm slowly crawling back to life, you know, slowly adjusting to the new normal.

You know, but it's tricky because Sam is still recovering, so I'm, you know, I'm doing a lot more than I normally do and just making sure that I'm like, I'm taking care of the boys because she'll just do it if I'm like doing something else and I don't want to do that.

So it's been a little crazy, but I'm like Jones and for work too. So I've been sneaking in work here and there. And even last week when I wasn't like taking meetings, I'm just like reading voraciously stuff and just trying to get in the zone.

So I'm like, really excited to get back to work, but I'm not, I'm not fully back.

No, you're not, but you are back more than I expected. And that's great because we got a lot going on. We got a lot of news to discuss today.

We have some, we are stupid. In fact, we have some non rules. We are stupid too, which is really fun. I always love pointing out dumb things that I say on air.

It is, but, but network, network news, topping right out of the gate. Let's, let's get a studio update quick, which is a K the gate walkers update.

Very exciting. I mean, there really isn't much to say we're kind of in that boring range of the studio is ours. Everything's done and done. And now it's, you know, we're dealing with HVAC contractors and such.

It's kind of boring to discuss for radio, but we're talking about lighting rigging cameras, HVAC curtains carpeting like all that kind of shit is where we're at now. And we have to get this stuff squared away because we expect what we're outputting to our contractors and to

our cast is that we're going to be recording at the end of this month. Right. I mean, that's sort of where we're at.

Yeah, I know this month and beginning and next month will certainly be recording these, these video more of these likes videos like you and I did when we were looking for studio spaces. I have some fun ideas.

I don't know if we've talked about them yet here, but there's sessions, zero in nature, but they're very unlike stuff that we've done before.

So we'll be recording those this month and then, yeah, certainly by the beginning of next month, I think we'll be rocking and rolling with gatewalkers.

We have a new employee that we just hired and then another new employee that is like almost hired that we're very excited about.

And so, yeah, I mean, this is, it's kind of all systems go in many ways. I feel more prepared than I've ever been prepared to run this adventure, which I'm excited about.

Like, I've never felt so confident in at least the story and the story that I hope to tell.

So I'm excited to get in there, but like where I've been out of it the last couple of weeks, you've been the one dealing with all this shit.
