1:10.0	So when you were in the depths of your acting program at Columbia, was comedy sort of seen as like, ghost?
1:23.0	I'm so much sorry for using that, was comedy like you?
1:28.0	No, no, it was one of those things that like, I worked with so many great actors that couldn't do comedy.
1:35.0	It was like a badge of honor if you could pull off comedy because comedy is all about time.
1:40.0	At the end of the day, it all boils down to timing. Timing is so important.
1:44.0	And being able to find that middle ground between, you know, laying it on too thick and just getting the audience, you know, so that they're not in on the joke.
1:55.0	It's very, very hard. And so I saw a lot of actors crash, great actors crash and burn because they couldn't do funny.
2:01.0	Yeah, it is, it is a very specific art that is very funny for like what better to, like how tough it is to nail exactly.
2:12.0	You need timing, like you said timing is so important, but you also need a twisted, sad, messed up mind.
2:20.0	Well, you need a mind that is like a rola decks of connections.
2:27.0	You know what I mean? Like when you, when you think about our greatest comedy moments or time, it's always just like,
2:33.0	would skid pull something like so quick out of left field and nails it.
2:37.0	Or if I come, like it really, think of it all the times with Jared. Jared does the same thing.
2:42.0	It's like, that's what comedy is to me. It's like just having all of this information in your mind at the ready.
