And no matter what smart rational people do in either House of Congress, they always seem

to thwart one another.

And there is always some outside force or internal force, depending on which party and which

bill that is keeping this stuff from moving forward. It is very frustrating because a vast

majority of states have medical or recreational cannabis, including the District of Columbia.

And Colorado, Washington State, Oregon, California, Nevada, they have not imploded.

They're still there.
