| 1:24.0 | succeed at the legislature so we're taking it to the people. The polling is going very well and it's |
| 1:29.7 | likely to pass on the ballot. So help me understand Utah has citizen-driven initiative? Yes. Okay so you know I've talked to Paul Jacob about that who's sort of the the leader of pushing for citizen initiatives at the state level. |
