On today's episode of Candidates of Liberty Tim Silfies joins the show. Time is running for Congress in Pennsylvania's 7th District. Tim comes to politics from a prior career in television where he had the chance to work with some of the biggest names at Fox Business. Tim has an impressive background in television. While producing libertarian and journalist John Stossel's show, Silfies observed firsthand how common sense limited government, when it protects economic and personal liberty, sets the stage for individuals to prosper. After Stossel Tim co-created and ran two news shows for Fox Business, “The Independents” and “Kennedy”. Finally, Tim made the move back to Pennsylvania as an on-air reporter for WFMZ.
