Welcome back to another edition of Candidates of Liberty. I am your host this week, Mark Clare, here with a candidate for California State Assembly. Gentleman, or maybe a young man, I might say, by the name of Brandon Nelson. Brandon, are you ready to roar?

Yeah, man. I'm thrilled to have you on here. It's always good to see libertarians taking action out here in California where, let's be honest, the ideas can often be a tough sell.

But why don't we first get into how you became a libertarian, both philosophically as well as how you became involved with the libertarian party?

Well, I would say that started very early on um i'm

i'm a little homeschool brat so the ideas of the founding fathers were drilled into me from a very

early age but as far as being a libertarian um i'd considered myself fairly libertarian in my ideology

before i changed my registration from independent and decided to
