Welcome to the John Maxwell Leadership Podcast. I am sitting here with John Maxwell in Costa

Rica. And you're going to hear a little bit of background noise today because not only

is John here with your team, John, and with a lot of special friends that you have that

will be coming in and out, we're also, you've just finished talking to members of Congress,

members of the judicial system about transformation. And that's what today's podcast is going

to be about. I want you to tell us a little bit about transformation. But not only that,

we're literally in the president's room. I'm sitting here in Costa Rica and I am seeing

visually every president that has had an influence in Costa Rica. It's pretty special. And

John, you meet with presidents all the time. A lot of our podcasts, maybe they've never met

with presidents. But John, you've met with a lot of leaders and just, just now you are

in the Congress, the Congress chambers. They're voting right now, Yez and A's. I can't

read Spanish, John. So I don't know what we're voting on. There's a lot of Naes in there.

So it's not a good subject. But meeting with congressmen all because of this concept of transformation.

And so I'd love to, I'd love to just pick your brain on transformation. In fact, a little

bit later in the program, I'm going to introduce you to our director of Latin America,

transformation and salt and light. John Verican, I'm going to bring him on John and let him

share a little bit. Carolina, she's going to be on the call with us from Guatemala has helped

us with transformation in every country, including now in the U.S. And so I'm going to ask them a

question or two as well. But John, talked to us a little bit. What's driving this? Why transformation?

What are you doing? Well, when I addressed congressmen, cabinet members and

ambassadors, Supreme Court judges, I appointed to the portraits, so all the presidents here,
