What's up, everybody? You know what time it is? It is time for therapy Thursday.

Listen, it's been a long, it's been long enough, and I couldn't wait to this time to be able to

share in this session together. Both

Jerry and I, the flowers, the curries. We don't take for granted your presence, your

contribution, your interaction, you continuing to show up to therapy Thursdays.

We don't take it for granted because you showing up, you're saying that I'm taking my maturity,

I'm taking control of it. I am serious about my growth, I'm serious about healing, and we simply

want to help you to become who God has called you to become. We want to help you to heal.

So you showing up. If this is your first time, let us know in the comments section

that this is your first time and cousins. Let's welcome all of our first time guests.

This we're grateful that you're here and I'm grateful for the session that we have on today.

There is a subject that I want to talk about that for me, it is extremely relevant.

It's practical, but it has layers to it. And so I really want you to lean in, you have your pen,

your paper, something to write with because all the you might think this is not an issue for you

or you got this in the bag or or no, I want to hear something else just just trust me.

Today I want to talk and share a session called Council that subscription.

Yeah. Yeah. Somebody type that. Council that subscription. Could it be that you subscribe

to something, a mindset, a habit, a default? Could it be that you're subscribed to something

or someone that is no longer nourishing you, no longer feeding you, no longer giving reciprocity?

But perhaps you're subscribed to something that all it does is withdraw from your account.

Could it be that you have a subscription that you forgot about?

You have a default that you that you refer to whenever you're in trouble, this is what you do.
