I'm Shane Morris. Welcome to the Breakpoint podcast. When college students get back to class,

will cancel culture be there waiting for them? According to the Chronicle for Higher Education,

57% of schools currently plan to hold in-person classes this year, and 29% will opt for

a hybrid model. In other words, tens of thousands of students will be back on

campus in a few short weeks, whether physically or virtually. And the burning question in many

people's minds is what our institutions of higher education are going to look like after this

tumultuous spring and summer. Specifically, will free speech for Christian students and faculty even be possible?

I'm joined today by someone on the front lines of that battle. Dr. Corey Miller is the president

and CEO of Rashi O'Christi, the nation's most prominent college apologetics ministry. He grew up in Utah

as a sixth generation Mormon, but came to Christ in 1988. He's served on pastoral

staff at four churches and has taught nearly a hundred college courses in philosophy, theology,

rhetoric, and comparative religions. Dr. Miller is also the author of several books, including

Is Faith in God Reasonable Debates in Philosophy, Science, and, and rhetoric, and in search of the good life

through the eyes of Aristotle, Momenides, and Aquinas. And as I speak to Dr. Miller today,

I'm in search of something specific, hope that Christian students can exist in a post-COVID,

post-2020 campus. Dr. Miller, thanks so much for joining me today on the Breakpoint podcast.
