If you do win an award tonight, don't use it as a platform to make a political speech,

you're in no position to lecture the public about anything.

You know nothing about the real world.

Come up, accept your little award, thank your agent and your God.

There's new weird sort of fascism of people thinking they know what you can say and what

you can't and it's a really weird thing that there's this new trendy mess that people

who want free speech want it to say awful things all the time.

This isn't true, it protects everyone.

It's self evident to those of us who find it self evident.

It's some sort of Ricky, Ricky, your vase.

Yeah, that's Ricky, your vase, the comedian and first clip back at the Golden Globes, which

was an award show, which seems stupid at the time in the midst of the COVID.

It seems unimaginable.

Anybody would watch actors give each other awards and as Barry Weiss has pointed out since

she resigned from the New York Times yesterday and wrote a scathing, going away letter about

the culture there at the New York Times, she said there are some people like Ricky

, your vase that are so big, you can't cancel them, but that's not the case with most people.
