or the 30-day part of the path. So I have gotten some wonderful content, made some wonderful

connections, have had through the path some wonderful coaches. But this is my first one-on-one

the stress of that. And yeah, that I drank for stress. Or what would you say

is your main reason why you drink? Stress and anxiety, I think definitely just a little bit.

Like, my husband's a professional too, busy job, different schedules. And I think for me anyways,

it's getting to be a while ago now, but going back to work after having my son and

lots of balls in the air, I think alcohol is a pretty nice way to numb that all out. So you drink

for stress, anxiety, to numb out. Yeah, totally relate. And then, so you said you joined the path

about 60 days ago, a couple months ago.
