All right, welcome back to the show, everybody. I am so incredibly excited today because I have

Ryan and Heidi from Forged in the North today with us. And I have

been just like so ecstatic to get them on the show because I had been DMing you, Ryan, very

briefly, like a couple weeks ago or like a month ago or something like that. And just like from our

very short conversation, I was just like, I want this guy on my podcast. So I'm just going to let you take it away. Give us a little introduction for anybody that may not already know you guys. Tell us a little bit about who you are, what you do, and how you guys got here. Yeah, thanks. Glad to be here today. It's great to talk with you. I'm sure I'll be learning

a little bit from you as well. I love following what you're doing. And I think that's maybe how we even

kicked off the convoy was I was just honestly paying you a compliment of your one person

among very few that I find to be giving very solid business advice

and things that almost entirely resonate with how we do things and I'm sure we'll get into

that a little bit. I also have to say just like right off the bat for anybody listening,

Heidi is not with us.
