Welcome to the Get Fit Guys quick and dirty tips to get moving and shape up. My name is Brock Armstrong,

0:09.1

and I'm the Get Fit Guy. When I woke up this morning, I was raring to go. So I made a cup of coffee

0:15.3

while I did my morning get moving routine and then headed out for a walk. I got my blood pumping, I cleared my head, and I set my intentions for the day to be one that

0:25.7

is movement filled.

1:26.1

1:28.3

Generally, the gear required to enter a VR world is a headset, which are like very large goggles,

1:35.3

and two hand controllers, usually with multiple joysticks and buttons on them.

1:40.3

Once you're wearing the headset, the real world is all but blocked out, and you're virtually

1:45.7

immersed in a virtual world. With the help of the hand controllers, you can move around, use

1:51.5

tools, and turn in 360 degrees. And you know what? I have to admit that before I received the headset

1:59.2

from Oculus, which is a brand of Facebook
