Summary

"Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it." — Nelson Mandela

In this episode, I reflect on a recent experience at an open mic night where a young woman, visibly nervous but undeniably talented, took the stage for the first time to share her poetry. Watching her shaky hands and hearing her brilliant words reminded me of the times when I, too, was scared but determined to push forward. We explore the power of showing up, even when fear tries to hold us back, and how those moments of courage—however small—can open new chapters in our lives. Will you take that leap?

going to make an impact.

That was the first thing.

And the second, as I sat there and watched, was that I noticed that her hands were visibly

shaking.

I was pretty close to this stage.

And I could see this happening to the point where she had to place one on top of the other,

1:11.5

right, to keep the hand that was holding her phone from bouncing around while she read.

1:15.8

That's how visibly nervous she was.

reflecting back on the moments I've had just like that,
