Hey, how's it going, guys? Actually, I want to switch gears a little bit over here, and I want to defend Aaron Glenn. Sure. It was an unpopular thing to do, but at the end of the day, I think a coach can only do so much, right? And you need talented players on a team. I'm a dire judge fan, and I haven't heard of half of their roster, right? Even if they

had the best coach in the NFL, like, you still have to have players in order to compete at a really

high level and they don't have players that compete at a really high level. These players on any

average or even a little below average would be on the practice squad. Right. That's an issue.

So I don't understand.

I know sports is like an emotional thing to like overreact. What can we or who can we attack, you know, in order for this team to be better? Really, it's an organizational thing. The Jets are, I only started believing in curses. I'm going to start going for the Jets. Yeah. Dave, can I just push back a little bit?

I think you're generally right,

but I think we're also now over exaggerating this.

Do they still have Will McDonald? Do they still have Quincy Williams? I mean, A.D. Mitchell and John Metchie are still professional wide receivers. Your offensive line has two really good bookend tackles. Breece Hall is really good. Breeze Hall is an awesome running back.

Joe Titman's better at guard than he was at center. Yeah, you're not wrong in terms of like they're less talented than some of these teams. They're not that far less talented that they should be giving up 40 points and getting blown out of the water in the first half of four straight games. That is unacceptable. That I agree with. The only thing I push back on that is that what makes a great team besides having good players and a great coaching staff is a gel of a team. I use the Knicks as an example all the time. Like, when you watch them night to night, they're so cohesive. They're so jelled together. Yeah, the Knicks. Even if they have their players, it's so inconsistent in different areas that they have like some players that would be on a practice squad on a regular team, and then they have

potential, a pro bowler.

So there's zero consistency, there's zero gel.

And that's the only thing I think that is making this team not go forward.

But to say to fire Aaron Glenn after one year of inconsistencies around the entire organization,

I think there's just an overreaction in sports craziness.

Well, you might have a good guy another year.
