Danny I remember a season when not too long ago you were working full time here

getting a team up and running leading strategy for that team you were working on your PhD it felt like

you make all that work yeah it was tricky I still remember working on the

dissertation and I vividly remember this moment typing and thinking I really would rather be spending time

with my kids right now and here I am writing this long paper and I could

about parenting that's right and I could see them in another room
