Not always now. Yes, not always in my life.

Do you ever feel like you have this instinct, which is that if someone's giving you some

feedback, even if you want to take it well, you also want to show them that you maybe

already thought of the thing that they are telling you or that you didn't miss something

because we all want to be good team players. But we also all want to signal to the team

that we are team players, which means that we have to take the feedback, but we also

want to be really respectful, but we also want to make sure that people understand that

we're really smart.

Oh, man.

And it's my fault.

And, Nicole, this happened with our team making help wanted very recently, and it sparked

this really interesting conversation that we said, well, we've just got to have this
